ITINERARY

In the early morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Cairo by an air-conditioned vehicle tour guide towards el Menya “around 4 hrs. Driving”.
Upon arrival, you will start your tour by visiting the tombs of the nobles at Beni Hasan which are carved in the rock of mountains.
There are 39 tombs in this area, the most important are the tombs of Kheti, Baquet, Khnumhotep, and Amenemhet.
Then going to visit Tell El Amarna where the ruins of the city that was constructed by Akhenaten and ýhis wife Queen Nefertiti built their city “Akhet-Aten” which means Aten’s Horizon to be the center of the cult of the sun god, ýAten.
Going to visit the well-preserved tombs in this area such as the tombs of Ahmose, Huya, Mery-Re I, and Ay.
These tombs are well decorated and have colorful scenes of King Akhenaten’s in different actions and rituals. Then begin our way back to Cairo by the air-conditioned vehicle and dropped off at the hotel to stay.

Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British Pound. Or credit or debit card (with 3% processing fee) the prices quoted per person per tour all inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible.
